Privea Partners is the name we trade under. The registered company behind it, and the entity that contracts with clients, is set out below. Both are matters of public record, and we would rather you check them than take our word for it.

What we are, and what we are not

Privea Partners is a capital advisory firm. We raise capital exclusively from family offices, combining introduction, advisory and execution in a single mandate, for companies raising between US$2M and US$25M.

  • We are not an investor. We do not take positions in the companies we act for.
  • We are not a fund manager and we do not operate a fund.
  • We are not a bank and we are not a deposit-taking institution.
  • We never take custody of client or investor money at any point.
  • We will never ask you to pay a fee to release, unlock or transfer funds. Any message that does is not from us.

Fraud and impersonation

We have been made aware of parties falsely claiming to represent Privea Partners. Communications from those parties are not authorised by us and do not reflect our firm.

If you are unsure about a message

Our website is priveapartners.com and our published contact address is contact@priveapartners.com. If you have received a communication referring to Privea Partners and you are not certain it came from us, forward it to that address and we will confirm one way or the other. We would far rather answer the question than have you guess.

Track record attribution

The transactions shown on our track record were executed between 2010 and 2026 in prior institutional and advisory roles by members of Privea Partners' senior team and advisory board. They evidence the experience behind the firm. They are not engagements of Privea Partners, and we do not present them as such.
